Diagnosis

Sometimes your eBike just stops working and it’s very hard to see why. We have an exhaustive diagnosis process to help locate the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Repair

We are certified to work on Bosch, Shimano, and other ebike systems and are happy to work on your bike regardless of brand. The mechanical elements are generally serviceable and we will provide electrical service to the extent that the manufacturer makes parts available.

Pick up

Delivery

Getting your bike into the shop for service can be a challenge for any number of reasons so we’re happy to come to you. We do not typically do bicycle service in the field, more often we will bring your bike back to the shop for the work then return it to you once it’s ready.
